By mid 2010 the association plans on converting all MLS and DUES billing to e-mail billing.  This conversion will save thousands of dollars in postage and printing costs. Prior to that date you will continue to receive your bill in the mail, however all reminders and late notices will be sent to you via e-mail.

Beginning July 1, 2009 there will be an increase in DRE Fees. Please click here to view the new fees.
