We will be discussing why a proper estate plan is necessary and the pitfalls of either doing nothing or using a discount service provider. Also covered will be how to best protect clients hard earned wealth from taxes, lawsuits, ill-prepared children, and nursing home costs with a very brief discussion of nursing home payment through MediCal.
We will also cover why you should work with us to be the conduit to these services for your clients in order to maintain that relationship for repeat business.
