The committee recognizes the importance of both U.S. investors conducting real estate business outside the U.S., and foreign investors conducting real estate business in the U.S. The International Committee intends to support those parties who practice international real estate, including immigrants to the U.S., foreign investors, real estate professionals, the local community and members of the South Bay Association of REALTORS®. In promoting international real estate, the committee provides educational and networking opportunities, develops international business, encourages cultural diversity and supports international real estate business.
