The SBAOR has meeting room facilities to accommodate groups for your real estate related events. Facilities are available for rental
Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

The Edith Smith Memorial Hall can comfortably seat 70 classroom style with 8 foot tables. Alternatively, it can seat up to 150 auditorium style.

The Computer Lab is equipped with 12 computer stations as well as a projector. The Computer Lab is only available to our member offices. Date availability is limited.
Rental Fees
Half Day Rental Fee (4hrs or less) - $200
Full Day (8:00am - 5:00pm) - $350

Rental Fees are due the day that the Meeting Room is booked for your event. To book the Hall or Computer Lab, please contact
