1000pxSpotlight-on-Realist-Tax-Picture At the South Bay Association of Realtors, we are proud to offer our members a wide variety of relevant and interesting professional development courses and opportunities. These classes give our members the opportunity to grow professionally, expand their businesses, and stay up to date with the most cutting edge technology and trends in the real estate industry.

On November 23rd, the class “Realist Tax: Your Farming Resource” will be held. This course will help you better learn how to search for property tax data and foreclosure activity throughout the state of California. In addition, this class will also include how to create neighborhood profile reports, parcel and flood maps, and farm packages – including distressed properties.

What is Realist Tax?

Realist Tax goes above and beyond a normal MLS search; by integrating public records with the MLS, Realist Tax users are able to access in-depth property and ownership data, neighborhood information, and market trends. It is the most comprehensive search and data tool available, with more than 99.8% of all US homeowners and 88% of the nation’s property parcels included.

Realist Tax does much more than just provide detailed tax information on properties – it can also help you expand your business. With the newest updates to Realist, you can now search for a subdivision, create a radius around a specific property, and even draw your own specific search boundaries. Searches can then be done within these boundaries based on different criteria. This information can then be directly exported to a CSV file or used to create labels.
